I’m a big fan of soups, especially during the winter months. And the best thing about soups is that they’re really really easy to make and can be an entire. A paleo recipe for cioppino, a fish stew made with fish, shrimp, mussels and clams in a tomato broth. Here’s a delicious and amazingly easy seafood stew recipe that I would like to share with you. Thank you to my dear friend Jillian for sharing this recipe with me, this is now one of our new favorites!  If your kiddos have turned their noses up to seafood before, this might be the meal that changes their minds.

Paleo eating is clean eating, and in this recipe they are keeping it simple with some coconut milk and grass fed butter to get the job done. Seafood lovers will love this chowder, and will probably love eating Paleo since seafood is definitely on the menu. This stew is full of your choice of nourishing fish, and some of the recommendations are to use snapper, grouper, or halibut. These simple skewers will make up half of your meal, but it would be easy enough to add in some vegetable skewers so you can cook your entire meal at once. A recipe born from the vibrant mix of French, Spanish, African, and Native American cultures in southern Louisiana, gumbo is a thick, hearty soup cooked long and slow.

Thai Coconut Soup is one of my favorite Asian dishes. Paleo Beef Stew with Turnips and Greens (AIP-Friendly). Apparently wreckfish is a pretty rare, enormous, disgustingly-oogly eyed fish that frequents old abandoned shipwrecks, hence the name.

A gorgeous red curry made rich with coconut milk and seafood. I was in the mood for a fish curry and came across this great recipe.

Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan over medium heat, add the mixed seafood, lemongrass, chilli, lime leaves and curry paste. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to the boil. I am sooo into curry right now! They’re delicious, full of flavor, packed with nutrients, and so easy to make! This fish curry has quickly become one of my. The delicious taste of coconut curry helps give this fish a flavor that’s enjoyable, while sticking to the foods that are allowed on Paleo. There’s also bell peppers mixed in to give it more color so you’re not just eating fish and zucchini, but getting an additional flavor as well as more vitamins from the peppers.

I like the mix of shrimp and tilapia, partly for the flavor, partly for the texture, partly for the price!   Any white fish would work here if you’d prefer to use cod, hake or even halibut. The creaminess of this curry comes from the use of Coconut Butter, which is also called coconut cream concentrate by some manufacturers and called Creamed Coconut by others. Creamy Pumpkin Curry. while the coconut cream, onion and carrots are simmering, scoop the roasted pumpkin into a food processor or blender along with the remaining coconut water from the can, the chicken broth, and all of the spices. Give your shrimp a crust of coconut flakes and then try dipping them in this tropical sauce for extra flavor. The second layer is a coating of whites, which doesn’t really do much by itself, but makes the final layer of coconut flakes stick. Covers eggs, spreads, nuts, fruit, vegetables, seafood, chicken, bacon, meat. No dairy. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, turning slices after about 8 minutes.
