The first, pasta with ham and broccoli, we’re still working out (It’s hard to get an uncured ham steak that tastes just right! ) , but my favorite meal growing up was linguine with clam sauce. One of my favorite meals growing up was when my mom would make linguine in clam sauce. We make this old-time favorite of mine paleo by using spaghetti squash, seasoned only from the sautéed vegetables, and topped with clams fresh off the grill. Saut garlic and shallot in olive oil until translucent. You know the classic pasta dish, linguine and clams? I was inspired by an old recipe I once used for Linguine With White Wine Sauce, from America’s Test Kitchen, so I recreated that recipe into my very own amazing paleo “pasta” dish!
