A super simple, healthy Indian recipe made with yellow lentils, spinach and spices. Cheap, delicious and healthy – dal is the perfect comfort food supper. Well because lentils are super affordable, packed with protein, and (unlike dried beans) you don’t have to soak them for hours – so they’re ready to use immediately.
