One of my favorite things to do is recreate recipes that my husband and I once loved! One of my main goals when creating recipes is to make cooking as easy as possible, and that’s exactly what I’ve done with this dish, I’ve made it super simple, and much healthier! I was inspired by an old recipe I once used for Linguine With White Wine Sauce, from America’s Test Kitchen, so I recreated that recipe into my very own amazing paleo “pasta” dish! If you love (or loved) linguine and clams, you’ll definitely love this dish! Happy cooking! Now I can once again enjoy my favorite pasta dishes with these fresh-tasting, delightfully green zoodles: low in calories (unlike pasta! ) , naturally gluten-free, paleo friendly, and an excellent way to trick yourself into eating more vegetables. I know! Not typical kids’ fare. If you want it more or less spicy, change as you see fit. Also added butter to the sauce and more pepper flakes for extra flavor.
