This is a yummy turkey gravy that you can pour onto more than just turkey. The gravy is being used to top a chicken breast, and this entire recipe is Paleo friendly and something you should try out.

But turkey breast is dryer and thick, so I was careful to add ingredients that could add some juice to the dish. For the gravy, which was delicious, I simply used the drippings and added some arrowroot powder to make it thicker. Roasted turkey breast with a rich gravy made with roasted garlic and pan drippings. If you find a 6-7 lb. turkey breast, that will feed about 10-12 people, which is just perfect for smaller family gatherings. You can also use the yummy cooking juices from the turkey to make a delicious gravy, which I highly recommend! This is also perfectly paleo/low carb.

Thanksgiving: Roasted Turkey and Pan Gravy (Gluten Free and Paleo). Lift the skin off the breast of the turkey (careful not to tear the skin). Cover the breast loosely with foil.
