Way back then, stroganoff was served without a carb companion, unless some fried potatoes c. Our family is paleo/primal. So I did some research to beef up (pun intended) on my stroganoff knowledge.

Beef Stroganoff has been around for 150 years or so. But in a previous post, I shared a recipe for Paleo Beef Stroganoff and it is consistently the top viewed and loved recipe on my site. It’s a pressure cooked meal, which makes it easy to get on the table during the week, and it’s ridiculously delicious. This Paleo Beef Stroganoff is served over wide zoodles, (zucchini noodles). Paleo beef stroganoff makes an easy dinner the whole family will enjoy. So once we decided to do Paleo, Stroganoff was one of the first things on my list of recipes to perfect. The heat of the sauce alone took care of cooking the paper thin zucchini, making it nice and soft and pliable and just as easy and pleasant to east as pasta. I have found that I digest meat well and not so much grains so I am now on the paleo diet so this would be perfect for me.
