This paleo thanksgiving turkey is extra moist thanks to the brine I soaked it in over-night and dampened light cloth i put over it while baking. I want to use a paleo friendly fat this year to stay consistent with my current. It takes more time, sure, but I’ve had both slow roasted and deep fried turkey, and slow roasted turkey is definitely better (in my opinion).
