Paleo Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding

I used to be quite famous (er, among my family members but I’m still sticking with the word famous) for my Yorkshire puddings. Find out how to roast beef to succulent perfection. Serve with our easy Yorkshire pudding. My husband went shopping again and this time brought home a beef joint perfecting for roasting. I took it out in the morning to thaw, precisely the day that I had plans to meet some friends for lunch.

But the perfect roast beef really does need to be accompanied by a light, fluffy. I have tried some of the paleo Yorkshire pudding recipes, such as this one that uses green plantains.
