I mean, I love the cauli-mashed potatoes and the cauli-rice too, but it seemed to go pretty far to say that cauliflower could replace a gluten filled (or even gluten free starchy) crust. With this cauliflower crust pizza, you can actually pick up a piece and not have wetness on your hand. I am just tryin to cut carbs not really paleo but had miserable results with coconut flour bread. This cauliflower crust pizza is tasty and very filling and is only per 240 calories portion. I’ve made cauliflower rice before but never ventured into making a pizza crust, it does look tasty, so will definitely give it a go. This pizza crust recipe is more thick and doughy than thin.
