I don’t even know where the last 2 weeks have gone. Life has been a complete and total blur lately. Between recovering from an impromptu mini-vacation, undergoing a hair transformation (from black to light brown! ) , my eldest turning 8 (going on 28, geez) , and spending nearly a full day in a dental chair with my mouth wedged open (quit eating grains and don’t forget to floss) , I haven’t had time to cook, bake, or shop, much less keep my kitchen clean. Add more chocolate if you like it extra chocolaty, or ¼ tsp of peppermint extract for a peppermint hot chocolate, ½ tsp pumpkin spice for a pumpkin spice hot chocolate, and similarly for cinnamon. Energizing Pumpkin Hot Chocolate Recipe: vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free. I naturally sweetened it up with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and energizing maca powder.
