This stew made with pork, hominy and spices is so comforting, especially on a cold winter night. And leftovers taste even better the next day.

It is usually made with pork and hominy but I like to make it with turkey or chicken sans the hominy. Here’s a paleo tidbit for you, pozole was originally made with human meat. Most of these recipes are naturally or wholly paleo while others can be made paleo by just removing or substituting one ingredient (like cheese or potato).
