Paleo Moist Chocolate Cake

This Paleo chocolate cake recipe uses mostly coconut flour. it’s grain free, dairy free, uses honey or maple syrup and half the eggs than mother recipes. My cake was okay but flaky, it was kind of dry but moist at the same time. As you would expect this multi-layer chocolate cake has a decadent chocolate taste. The texture is deliciously soft and moist. The middle layer is made with a dairy-free sweetened condensed milk and raw cacao powder and is creamy and soft. Let’s start with a basic chocolate cake that you can bake up whenever you get that chocolate craving, and only cake will do. I am wondering, if I make the cake with the frosting recipe, would it dry out and/or what needs to be done so that it doesn’t dry out and stays moist.
