This Paleo chocolate cake recipe uses mostly coconut flour. it’s grain free, dairy free, uses honey or maple syrup and half the eggs than mother recipes. My cake was okay but flaky, it was kind of dry but moist at the same time. As you would expect this multi-layer chocolate cake has a decadent chocolate taste. The texture is deliciously soft and moist. The middle layer is made with a dairy-free sweetened condensed milk and raw cacao powder and is creamy and soft.
