Paleo Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

May 21, 2014 at 9: 53 am. Pork loin is a great cut to choose while doing Paleo because it is considered extra lean but still retains that great pork flavor. There’s also plenty of chopped garlic, and when combined with the other herbs and spices this is far from being short on flavor. Two plus months of a clean Paleo diet filled mostly with meats, veggies, and some training. First up a garlic herb tenderloin that is super easy to prep and even more to cook. Roast pork turning occasionally until an thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 145 degrees to 150 degrees, about 20 minutes.

Add pork and brown each side, about 4 minutes per side. Place pan with tenderloin in oven.
