We have all seen fig and prosciutto thin crust pizzas on menus by now. For good reason! Salty prosciutto and sweet figs complement each other well. I don’t eat pizza very often, because I don’t want to eat pizza crust very often. A few years back, I went strict Paleo for a while, and grains were something I discovered I didn’t miss.

(He’s also been Paleo for several years, so you know that if he’s breaking Amish to get involved in this flatbread, it must be pretty boss. 12 ounces store-bought or homemade pizza dough at room temperature (If you’re going the homemade route, I suggest using this recipe. The sweet fig jam and salty prosciutto really compliment each other nicely.
