Diced jalapeno peppers liven up this traditional cornbread and sausage dressing. Crumbled cornbread, chopped hard-boiled eggs, onion, garlic, sage and celery are in this stuffing or dressing. It’s moistened with chicken and turkey broth and can be used to stuff a 12 to 15 pound turkey. I used my recipe for grain-free cornbread for the stuffing recipe but left out the cheese and jalapeos. I have a great dressing recipe that I am trying to adapt to grain free and was wondering if you know, would just using the cornbread cubes work in most any dressing recipe?
