With all of the healthy vegetables being used in this lasagna, you’ll be getting plenty of nutrients without feeling like you’re eating diet food. Sweet potatoes are used in place of noodles, and there’s also a wonderful spinach mix that will supply plenty of phytonutrients, iron, fiber, and protein to the equation. You are lying to yourselves if you say you want to be fit and healthy but you don’t do anything to change your life. Paleo Lasagna Ingredients sans the frozen spinach. Now if you want to add rotisserie or shredded chicken or turkey (as opposed to ground chicken) too I would just add more to the lasagna and keep the same measurements.
