Chicken Burgers get a makeover with red peppers and lime then finished off with a simple and quick guacamole! The perfect, swimsuit friendly BBQ dish! Finely diced white onion provides the chicken moisture, while the red pepper, cilantro, garlic and lime give them a flavor boost. For Paleo, serve without buns as I usually do! Delicious using ground chicken and adding in some roasted green chilies! Also took the idea from above and wrapped in lettuce with avocado, will do again!
