I tried this for supper tonight, and we loved it! I let the chicken marinate in the spices for about an hour before I cooked it. Easy and awesome paleo and gluten free fajitas recipe that includes the tortillas. Hearty, succulent and spicy grilled flank steak, sauteed veggies, with easy-to-make gluten free tortillas.

Fajitas are typically made with strips of grilled meat, but this recipe adapts the concept a little to use whole chicken breasts instead. It’s just a slightly different way to try the same flavors. 1. Combine the chicken, bell peppers, onions, spices garlic and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well; 2.
