Paleo Chicken and Mushroom Saute

Grill up a batch of chicken breasts with a quick side of sauteed spinach. After you have sauteed the mushrooms with garlic in olive oil, they become very juicy, delicious, with a meaty flavor and texture: Sauteed mushrooms are one of my favorite sides to a nice steak or some grilled chicken. This recipe is so simple but is full of flavor and nobody will know you only spent a few minutes throwing this lovely side dish together.

I poured the mushroom mixture over the chicken leaving just a little sauce in the pan and quick wilted some kale and mustard greens. Im new to Paleo (day 2) and if this is what I can expect, Im sold! Paleo chicken stir fry is a classic stir fry recipe and is anything but ordinary. The coconut oil-fried garlic sizzles with the heat of the cayenne pepper. Remove the stems from the broccoli and mushrooms; chop. Cut the chicken into strips. It’s using bok choy, broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini as the vegetables, and chicken breast is being used as the meat. Sesame oil will give it a distinctive taste and honey helps to give it a sweetness that will separate this from all of the other stir fry recipes you might have tried. This chicken and mushroom stir-fry is quick to whip up for one or two people – simple and delicious!
