In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, dill, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
1 tsp spicy brown mustard (from Trader Joe’s). Fresh ground black pepper to taste. 1 tbsp of dried basil. Pinch of cayenne pepper. Preheat your oven to 400. It’s a vinegar and mustard based potato salad that’s got some bacon and green onions strewn about.
Gluten free, grain free, and paleo (if using sweet potatoes). I added sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, bacon, and a bit of whole grain mustard to the dressing.
