A simple, rich and delicious version of the popular Russian Beef Stroganoff that has been adapted to fit Paleo recommendations. This Paleo Beef Stroganoff is served over wide zoodles, (zucchini noodles). Beef Stroganoff was first made in Russia centuries ago. Just made paleo stroganoff last night to serve today!

3 times every month. It’s just so delicious and comforting. I adapted this recipe from a non-Paleo recipe I saw on here. Beef Stroganoff has been around for 150 years or so. It has stood the test of time for sure, sometimes disappearing for a while but always coming back into vogue. Directions. 1) Coat the beef with 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

But in a previous post, I shared a recipe for Paleo Beef Stroganoff and it is consistently the top viewed and loved recipe on my site. 2) Place the sliced mushrooms and onion in the bowl of the slow cooker. Beef Stroganoff was one of my go-to dishes when I FINALLY learned to cook a few years back. May 2015. My husband is a big fan of red meat especially beef and venison. We haven’t had beef stroganoff since I turned Paleo (going on 2 years) so I figured it was high time to reintroduce him to one of his old favourite dishes.
