This is a delicious beef bourguignon dish that’s easy to make for dinner any night! It’s important to keep in mind the ratio of meats to vegetables when eating Paleo, and a beef stew is the perfect canvas to make sure that you’ve got both of them in pretty equal parts. Beef Burgundy is a classic French recipe for stew that got its start as a peasant’s dish.

Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Burgundy) is a Julia Child classic recipe of a slow cooked beef stew in spices and a red wine reduction sauce. About 15 minutes before beef is done, brown mushrooms in a skillet with 2 TBSP butter. Easy, hearty and delicious paleo and gluten-free beef stew.
