Paleo Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Meatloaf

These mini bacon-wrapped meatloaves have been one of my crowd pleasers for years and they’ve never been turned down by anyone. Usually, a meatloaf is served with a tomato sauce because of the meat that tends to become dry, but in this case it’s not necessary since the natural fat in the bacon will keep everything moist. A turkey meatloaf wrapped in bacon! Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf With Reindeer And Red Currants This meatloaf has more meats going in it than you typically see in a traditional meatloaf, with a total of three. She’s using organic ground turkey, so it is not going to be stuffed with all of the growth hormones given to conventionally raised turkeys to artificially pump them up to have larger breasts.

Then, I mixed the onion and the ground turkey. I added two cloves of crushed garlic, and salt and pepper. Tonight’s dinner experiment was a major success! I came up with this recipe while driving home from work and doing a mental inventory of items that I currently have on hand. (With all that bacon wrapped around it, it will not dry out) My cooking time was about  35 minutes.
