As most of you probably know by now, I am a huge fan of almond butter. In fact in terms of useful ingredients, it’s probably the one thing I use on an almost daily basis. The blueberries in this smoothie will load you up with antioxidants, and they don’t really need any help in providing you with plenty of nutrition. PB Cup Smoothie We know what you’re thinking: Hey! You can’t have peanut butter on Paleo… But no worries, because their PB actually stands for Paleo Butter, in this case almond butter as a sub for peanut butter.

I thought about breaking open a jar of peanut butter in my car on the ride home, but knew that wouldn’t lead to anything good.
