In truth, this recipe belongs mostly to my dear Korean friend Natalia, who stayed at my house and graced me with some of her wonderful cooking. The best way is to cook one small batch at the time. I have been eating and loving bulgogi since I was a little girl. One of my good friends growing up was Korean, and I loved going over to her house just so I could have this amazing dish. We (and the Koreans) use much cheaper cuts of beef, like top round. It’s sliced thin & the marinade adds so much flavor.
